If you want to stay in a central location, this one fits the bill. It is an older hotel with no elevator and overpriced for what was provided. From the moment we walked in, we had several issues...we waited 10-15 min just to be able to get into our room and it was after check-in time when we arrived. Then we got to the room after a very hot trip from Tunis and wanted to shower, but there were no towels in our room. We called down and they told us they would be brought up soon. We had to call again and waited over an hour to receive towels which should should have been a basic thing in the room. We also had no blow dryer provided and apparently there was only one in the whole hotel, but two days later they bought some new ones. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and our rooms were never cleaned over three nights. There was also no water or basic bathroom toiletries provided in the rooms which seems crazy to me at $100 a night. Staff, particularly the women, were none too friendly or helpful. There was also a definite language barrier, so don't expect English. The highlight was the breakfast that was included. Was disappointed all around.

Pros: amazing staff like Sonia at the lobby, Saad at the restaurant or Afaf at the SPA. Always willing to help out and make sure all our needs are fulfilled in time. Nice pool, amazing beach at a short walk or free shuttle. Plenty of food options at the restaurant at all times. Nice room with AC and daily housekeeping. Many more pros… Cons: need some crowd control at the restaurant with children running. Need more AC at the restaurant. One time the pool should have been shut down for cleaning during the day but didn’t. Need snack options at the beach and a bit more lounges. The biggest downside was the animation which I think was not to the standard of the hotel and its amenities, all three: at the pool, at the beach, and especially at night. We had to go out couple times due to very standard shows with loud music and dances. We also couldn’t sleep because of the loud music all day long from 9am to 11:30pm I recommend this hotel for families

amazing location, most staff are really nice, plenty of food verity only when things dont go to plan do staff strugle to get things done. we had aircon leak though out the stay

Very spacious room, great team of people. Very helpful in setting up a guide for Carthage. The breakfasts were amazing! Thank you for a great stay in Tunis.
